Biography 

Since originally formed in 2019, Dead Amsterdam has been an up and coming band in the upper Midwest. Easily recognizable by their heavy bass lines, wailing guitar solos, banging drums and bluesy vocals. All mixed together birthing their signature sound with inspiration taken from Clutch, Stone Temple Pilots, Jimi Hendrix and more.  

Their debut album, Dead Amsterdam self-titled, was recorded at Pachyderm Recording Studio in Canon Falls, MN and released the summer of 2023.

Since the recording and release of their debut album, Dead Amsterdam has been playing festivals, local favorite venues and breweries in Minnesota & Wisconsin with bands like Nonpoint, FLAW, Blacktop Mojo, Texas Hippie Coalition and Hinder to name a few. They are currently booking their next year of shows including Northwoods Rock Rally, Monster Hall Music Fest and more while writing the next Dead Amsterdam album to to start their next chapter.
